🔹 Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to:

•Ensure accurate and timely provision of travel preferences and required documentation.

• Comply with visa, health, insurance, and driving regulations.

•Verify all travel information provided, including accommodation and transportation details.

🔹 Our services include:

🚫 We do not provide visa sponsorships, guarantee visa approvals, or assume responsibility for denied applications.

A. General Payment Terms

🔹 All services require full payment in advance (via our website or an official payment link).

🔹 Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings remain valid at the agreed rate.

🔹 Payments must be made in USD ($) unless stated otherwise.

B. Refund Policy

🔹 Consultation Fees: Refundable only if canceled at least 24 hours before the confirmed session.

🔹 Consultation Credit: If you book a travel package within 30 days after a consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from the package price.

🔹 Travel Planning & Services:

•Once planning services have started, fees become non-refundable.

•If you cancel your trip, we are not responsible for refunds from third-party providers.

•We will assist in refund requests to third parties, but our service fees remain non-refundable.

🔹 Additional Services: Governed by third-party provider refund policies. Any commissions or service fees paid to us are non-refundable.

By using our services, the client agrees to:

✔ Provide accurate and up-to-date information about travel preferences, personal details, and required documentation.

✔ Ensure compliance with all travel regulations, including passport validity, visas, entry permits, vaccination requirements, and local health restrictions.

✔ Verify all booking details (e.g., names, travel dates, accommodation) before confirming services.

✔ Purchase necessary travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events.

✔ Comply with all driving laws and insurance requirements if booking a Road Trip Package.

🚫 We are not responsible for issues arising due to incomplete documentation, visa rejections, incorrect travel details, or failure to follow local laws.

🚫 Cancellations, delays, or service disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third parties.

🚫 Visa denials, border entry refusals, or other immigration-related issues.

🚫 Unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure.

🔹 Travel risks remain the sole responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

🔹 After the finalization of a trip, modifications are subject to additional fees based on complexity.

🔹 Emergency changes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight cancellations, political unrest) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

🔹 Urgent last-minute requests may require priority service fees.
